  1. General Terms

    1. This Document defines the basic principles, objectives, conditions, and methods of personal data processing, lists of subjects and processed personal data, functions of Site Administration in personal data processing, the rights of subjects of personal data, as well as the implemented requirements to protection of personal data.
    2. This Document is developed considering the requirements of legislative and other normative legal acts in the field of personal data.
  2. Principles and Objectives of Personal Data Processing

    1. Personal data processing is carried out considering the need to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal, and family secrets, based on the following principles:
      1. Personal data processing shall be performed on a lawful and fair basis.
      2. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes.
      3. Personal data processing that is incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection isn't permitted.
      4. Databases containing personal data, which are processed for purposes, incompatible with each other, shall not be combined.
      5. Only personal data, which meet the purposes of its processing, shall be processed.
      6. The content and scope of processed personal data corresponds to the stated processing purposes. The redundancy of processed personal data related to the stated processing purposes shall not be permitted.
    2. Personal data shall be processed for the purposes of:
      1. Protecting the life, health, or other vital interests of the subjects of personal data.
      2. Preparation, conclusion, execution and termination of contracts with counterparties.
      3. Formation of reference materials for internal information support activities.
      4. For other legitimate purposes.
  3. Functions of Site Administration When Processing Personal Data

    1. When processing personal data, Site Administration shall:
      1. Take measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data.
      2. Take legal, organizational and technical measures for protection of personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful acts related to personal data.
      3. Publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Document.
      4. Informs in the prescribed manner the subjects of personal data or their representatives about availability of personal data related to relevant subjects, provides an opportunity to familiarize with such personal data upon request and/or receipt of requests of such subjects of personal data or their representatives.
  4. Terms of Processing of Personal Data

    1. Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of subjects of personal data to processing of their personal data.
    2. Site Administration shall not disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data.
  5. List of Actions With Personal Data and Methods of Its Processing

    1. Site Administration collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies, extracts, uses, transfers, depersonalizes, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data.
    2. Personal data processing shall be carried out in the following ways:
      1. Non-automated processing of personal data.
      2. Automated processing of personal data with or without transfer of received information via information and telecommunication networks.
      3. Mixed personal data processing.

    1. Users are entitled to:
      1. Information about their personal data processed on this Site.
      2. Access to their personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of any record containing their personal data.
      3. Clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
